Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of activated sunflower seeds
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a powerful Vitamix-type blender, pulse repeatedly until a creamy and homogeneous texture is achieved.
