Coconut and Cacao Truffles

Ingredients

Makes 8 to 10 truffles

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Get a medium tray. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add coconut, hemp seeds, maple syrup and coconut oil.
  3. Blend until you get a wet and sticky mixture.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop firmly packed balls of cookie mixture. Place on the tray.
  5. Place baking sheet into the fridge for about an hour.
