Coconut and Hemp Macaroons

Ingredients

Makes 8 to 10 macaroons

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Get a medium size tray. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add coconut, hemp seeds, almond flour, maple syrup and coconut oil.
  3. Blend until you get a wet and sticky mixture.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop firmly packed balls of cookie mixture. Place on the tray.
  5. Place tray into the fridge for about an hour.
