Coconut and Hemp Macaroons
Ingredients
Makes 8 to 10 macaroons
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Pinch Himalayan salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation
- Get a medium size tray. Set aside.
- In a food processor or blender, add coconut, hemp seeds, almond flour, maple syrup and coconut oil.
- Blend until you get a wet and sticky mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop, scoop firmly packed balls of cookie mixture. Place on the tray.
- Place tray into the fridge for about an hour.
