Ginger Tea (Yogui Tea)
Ingredients
2 servings
- 4 cardamom seeds
- ¼ branch cinnamon
- 4 grains of black pepper
- 2 seeds star anise
- 2 slices of ginger
- 3 cloves
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a teapot or a jug with warm water.
- Heat until boiling and remove from heat.
- Wait 5-10 minutes after boiling (the longer it boils, the spicier the decoction will be).
- Strain and serve, it can be sweetened with honey, xylitol or sugar.
