Ginger Tea (Yogui Tea)

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 4 cardamom seeds
  • ¼ branch cinnamon
  • 4 grains of black pepper
  • 2 seeds star anise
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 3 cloves

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a teapot or a jug with warm water.
  2. Heat until boiling and remove from heat.
  3. Wait 5-10 minutes after boiling (the longer it boils, the spicier the decoction will be).
  4. Strain and serve, it can be sweetened with honey, xylitol or sugar.
