Raw Carrot Soup
Ingredients

- 1½ cups carrots, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds or nut of choice
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ½ cup basil
- ½ cup parsley
- 2 cups of warm water
- Herbs like parsley and coriander, finely chopped
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients until creamy.
- Serve in soup plates.
- Garnish with finely chopped herbs.
