Raw Carrot Soup

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 1½ cups carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds or nut of choice
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • ½ cup basil
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 2 cups of warm water
  • Herbs like parsley and coriander, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until creamy.
  2. Serve in soup plates.
  3. Garnish with finely chopped herbs.
