Tahini Dressing

Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

Makes 1 cup

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • ½ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except oil to a blender or food processor and blend. Then, with the motor still running, add oil in a thin stream until emulsified.
  2. In a small bowl, add sesame seeds and mix well.
  3. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
