Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
Makes 1 cup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup tamari
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- Fresh ground pepper
Preparation
- Add all ingredients except oil to a blender or food processor and blend. Then, with the motor still running, add oil in a thin stream until emulsified.
- In a small bowl, add sesame seeds and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
