Warm Kale Salad

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 8 cups baby kale
  • 14 raw almonds, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Avocado oil
  • ¾ cup hot water
  • ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • Aleppo pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Clean the kale and remove the stems.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the ginger for a minute.
  3. Add the salt and kale, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the water and cover for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. The kale must be al dente.
  6. Add the coriander and cover the pan for 2 or 3 minutes, remove from heat.
  7. Sprinkle Aleppo to taste and the almond slices.
  8. Serve immediately.
