Warm Kale Salad
Ingredients
4 servings
- 8 cups baby kale
- 14 raw almonds, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Avocado oil
- ¾ cup hot water
- ½ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- Aleppo pepper to taste
Preparation
- Clean the kale and remove the stems.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil and fry the ginger for a minute.
- Add the salt and kale, stirring constantly.
- Add the water and cover for 5 to 10 minutes.
- The kale must be al dente.
- Add the coriander and cover the pan for 2 or 3 minutes, remove from heat.
- Sprinkle Aleppo to taste and the almond slices.
- Serve immediately.
